Reiki: Sessions & Training

Reiki is Universal Life Force energy. Reiki is a form of energy healing using the hands on and off the body. The energy balances and harmonizes the energy of the chakras, subtle bodies and physical structures. Reiki calms the body, mind and spirit. Reiki relaxes the body to balance stress responses in all areas of the body. Reiki soothes the nervous system. Reiki has it’s own intelligence and knows where to go in the body and how to create balance. When receiving Reiki you may feel sleepy and peaceful. The body may release blockages of energy in the body and in the field around the body. Each person has a unique experience.

Zen Mai: Mudra Meditation & Healing

Zen Mai is a channeled healing system of hand mudras. Each mudra is placed in front of the heart while the mind and heart focus on the feeling of energy in the mudra. This process magnifies the energy already present within our hearts and minds. For example, the first mudra is peace. As the mudra is held the energy of peaces builds within the meditators heart and state of mind. After consistent practice of the mudras the meditator begins to embody the energy of peace. Zen Mai Meditation is a tool to remember who we already are. Zen Mai Healing is a series of mudras used to align, clear, balance, harmonize, and strengthen the body for increased balance and wholeness.

Shiki Ryoho Reiki: What is Reiki? Why are there so many types of Reiki?

Reiki Sessions – Offered remotely for 45-60 minutes via Zoom or phone. Price $81. Three sessions $225 received within 6 weeks.

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki I, II, III Degrees & Master Teacher Training

First and Second Degree Reiki are $540 as a bundle and include a 90 minute Zoom training per degree. Follow up meeting & email support offered. This includes a certificate.

Third Degree: $270 This is also a 90 minute online Zoom training and review. Includes Japanese techniques that are intuitive in nature and has a separate certificate. Follow up meeting & email support offered. This includes a Reiki III certificate.

Master Teacher training is by request. Price depends on individual course creation & ongoing support.

Usui Maa Activation & Training includes a 60 minute online Zoom call. (Second Degree Usui Reiki required).

Price: $144. Follow up meeting & email support offered. This includes an initiation & certificate.

Lemurian Reiki Activation & Training includes a 60 minute online call. (2nd Degree Usui Reiki & Usui Maa required).

Price: $144. This includes an initiation & certificate. Follow up meeting & email support offered.

Zen Mai Mudra Healing & Meditation:

Zen Mai Mudra Healing Session offered via Zoom or phone. Sessions are 30 minutes. Price $63.

Zen Mai Mudra Meditation Training – Levels I, II, III & IV

Each level is currently being taught remotely via Zoom. Each level training is approximately 90 minutes & includes an initiation. Follow up meeting and email support included. Price: $144 for each level.

Sound Healing Personal Sessions:

Sound Healing Sessions (Angel Healing Harp, Magdalene Harp, Native American Style Flutes &/or Crystal/Alchemy Bowls) Live Zoom sound session. Each session is 50 minutes including an introduction, sharing and healing sound creation. Price: $90.

Tuning Fork Energetic Alignments:

Tuning forks sound, frequency and vibration can be used to align and balance the body, mind, emotions, spirit, chakras and subtle bodies. Misaligned and stuck energy can be cleared and transformed to a balanced and higher frequency for health and well being. This process balances and harmonizes the body energy field of the person thru entrainment and intention.

Individual Sessions: Session via Live Zoom or in person. Price per 1 hour session is $90.

Terms and Conditions: Do not record & publish this music without written permission from Catherine Munk. All appointments for sessions and classes require a 48 hour notice to cancel unless it is an emergency for a full refund. Otherwise 50% of the fee will be refunded.
